At Shabespresso by Aromesso, we take pride in the quality of our coffee makers and aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Only products purchased directly from www.shabespresso.com are eligible for refunds. If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:

Used or damaged coffee makers not due to manufacturer defect

Items returned after 14 days from delivery

Customized or limited-edition products

Gift cards or promotional items
3. Warranty & Defects
If your coffee maker arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Then contact your payment provider; it may take several business days to process.

5. Returns & Shipping
To return your item, please contact our team first at support@shabespresso.com to receive return instructions.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
